Welcome to InteGolf! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the InteGolf website (the "Site") and the services provided by InteGolf (the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or Services.

InteGolf provides internet services to golf courses and golfers. The Services include but are not limited to golf course management software, tee time booking software, tournament management software and travel booking software.

To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify InteGolf immediately of any unauthorized use or any other breach of security.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- Attempt to interfere with, harm, or disrupt the Site or Services.
5. Payments and Billing
Golf courses and golfers or authorized representatives agree to pay the fees associated with the Services as outlined in the agreed-upon contract. Payments are due when a transaction is performed.
6. Termination
InteGolf reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
8. Changes to Terms
InteGolf reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, InteGolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia without regard to its conflict of law principles.
